Jafa Moot 2009 3 April 2009 - Less than a week to go...In fact as I write this there is now under 6 days until the Moot site opens! So... you're coming to JAFA MOOT? Well then it's time to get really really excited because there's not long to go now! 22 February - IMPORTANT UPDATEMoot fees must be paid in full by 6 March 2009 By now everyone should have received an email indicating the tour they have been allocated and what printing services fees are outstanding. Please ensure that your moot fee is paid in full by the due date of 6 March 2009. This includes your tour fee and merchandise orders from Mac games. Paying by the due date will ensure that we have your money in the moot account to spend on making moot really awesome for everyone attending. Paying by the due date also means you will avoid a $25 late fee! We are now in a position to accept credit card payments for the different teaching supplies we distribute digital signage software. We need to know your transport arrangements Please ensure that your crew/contingent leader knows how you are getting to moot, and make sure they pass that information onto us as well. If you are booking flights home, booking after 3pm will allow plenty of time to get from the site out to the airport with no rushing around in taking the A+ CBT training. We need to know this information by 6 March or you will risk having no way of getting to moot site. Mark it clearly in your calendar! Please note, we are no longer able to offer the wine glass item but we still have the brabantia merchandise. 31 January - APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED BUT YOU MAY STILL ENROL FOR OUR MASSAGE THERAPY SCHOOLSThanks to all those who got their forms in on time! We are now completing the processing of the large number of last minute applications we received and will be allocating tours shortly. Look out for more info soon... Prize Winners: Congrats to Nat Scott from the Deans Crew who won the first prize draw. The other draws will be done at Moot - good luck to those who are eligible by paying their fees early!
